Welcome to Rise & Shine Tourism UAE. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment must be made prior to the service date unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, online transfers, and cash payments.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full. No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. Certain activities may have special cancellation rules which will be clearly communicated during booking.
3. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure your safety, Rise & Shine Tourism UAE is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during tours. Participants must follow all safety instructions and local laws.
4. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is used only for booking purposes and internal records. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
5. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. If a tour is cancelled due to such reasons, guests may receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
